Enhanced Integration with MS Outlook

Worldox GX has offered Email profiling, drop folders, and enhanced search capabilities within MS Outlook for many years. My Workplaces

My Workplaces is a new and powerful way to create, organize, and manage projects, and collaborate on documents with other workgroups and employees. My Workplaces is a customizable feature and is populated by "subscribing" to "visual bookmarks" to important work items, such as shareable folders and profile group shortcuts, and preset, filtered lists known as "Views".
