Enhanced Integration with MS Outlook Worldox GX has offered Email profiling, drop folders, and enhanced search capabilities within MS Outlook for many years. With GX2, Worldox and MS Outlook are much more tightly integrated, now offering the ability to access GX2 from the right pane in Outlook, eliminating the need to navigate back and forth between the two programs. My Workplaces My Workplaces is a new and powerful way to create, organize, and manage projects, and collaborate on documents with other workgroups and employees. My Workplaces is a customizable feature and is populated by "subscribing" to "visual bookmarks" to important work items, such as shareable folders and profile group shortcuts, and preset, filtered lists known as "Views".
